The former 12-15 women's choir was formed in 1951. After winning a competition at the state level the choir went on to Miami to place second in the Nation. These young women were all from Marshall and over 10 yrs, the group won 9 state contests and 4 national contests. Over the years there were 40 women participated.
​The choir was directed by Mrs. Helen Moore and accompanied by Mrs. Marian Fitzgerald.
